Need to return an item?

No problem! To get started, you'll just need your order number and the email address associated with your account.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once the product arrives at our facility, we will inspect it to verify the above conditions have been met.

If approved, a full refund of the purchase amount will be issued.

Refund Process:

For credit or debit card purchases, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

For purchases made via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other digital wallets, refunds will be processed to the same account within the same timeframe.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@healovia.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and send you a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Hygiene Exception:

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used in a way that would make them unsanitary for resale. However, if the product doesn't work for you, please contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.
